Common use of Repeating Representations Clause in Contracts

Repeating Representations. The Repeating Representations: 4.6.1 are true; and 4.6.2 would also be true if references to the Original Common Terms Agreement were construed as references to the Original Common Terms Agreement as amended by this Agreement. In each case, each Repeating Representation is made by reference to the circumstances existing at the Signature Date.
