Replacement Agreement and wage certainty. (a) The Employers, unions and Employees agree that the discussions referred to in subclause 9.3, required to commence not less than 6 months prior to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement, will be undertaken in good faith for the purpose of concluding a replacement agreement to this Agreement to operate from the nominal expiry date of this Agreement.
