Common use of Replacement Contractor Clause in Contracts

Replacement Contractor. The Airports Authority may enter into a new contract with another contractor that will occupy the Premises for all or any part of the unexpired portion of the Contract Term or for any longer period. The Airports Authority has the sole and absolute discretion with respect to the selection of a new contractor and the use of the Premises. The Airports Authority shall be under no obligation to enter into or attempt to enter into a new contract for the Premises.
