Replacement Health Plan Meet and Confer. The Union agrees to meet and confer with the City commencing no sooner than January 1, 2014, following a request from either party, on methods to contain or reduce the City health benefit costs, including but not limited to a new and/or replacement health plan. The meet and confer shall be subject to the normal rules of collective bargaining.
