Replacement Health Plan Meet and Confer. The Association agrees to meet with the City during the term of this MOU in a timely fashion following a City request, regarding whether the Association will agree to meet and confer regarding how the City can avoid potential 2015 Affordable Care Act (ACA) excise tax obliga- tions and on a new and/or replacement health plan or plans and other methods to reduce the cost of health benefits.
