Replacement of Bus. In the event the bus used to commence a tour requires replacement, such replacement bus shall meet the same standards as to seating capacity, luggage facilities, ventilation and heating facilities as the original bus. Should there be more than three (3) breakdowns in a one (1) month period the Engager shall furnish a different bus.
