Dress Rehearsal. A "Dress Rehearsal" is defined as a complete rehearsal with the full company of Artists using full dress (including costumes, hair/wigs, make-up, etc), and all technical elements with the intention to complete a non-stop run-through of the entire play or musical. There shall be no paying audience and/or general public present at a dress rehearsal.

Dress Rehearsal. The term "Dress Rehearsal" shall mean an appearance which includes the following elements:
Dress Rehearsal. A dress rehearsal shall be so considered if all elements necessary to a performance are present and used, including but not limited to costumes, make-up, sets, lights, properties, sound, artists and orchestra, and if the rehearsal is conducted as a performance. When a production requires a dress rehearsal there will be only one dress rehearsal per cast. The dress rehearsal will be scheduled by the production department and notification will be made through the daily call sheet. Additional dress rehearsals may be scheduled by the Centre. Other rehearsals will be considered as technical rehearsals even if all the above elements are present. A dress rehearsal shall be considered to be a performance for the computation of time and pay.
8.06 a) Minimum pay for all calls other than those for performances and dress rehearsals shall be four (4) hours at the applicable rate.
Dress Rehearsal. The term "dress rehearsal" shall mean an appearance which includes the following elements:
1) All performing ARTISTS shall appear in full costume and make-up;
2) All scenery, lighting, props and costumes are utilized;
3) Full orchestra or performance music utilized;
4) May include an invited, non-paying audience;
5) No printed program or announcement stating cast or program credits Notification of dress/technical rehearsal make-up and hair requirements will be posted on the schedule in accordance with Paragraph 27.
Dress Rehearsal. A dress rehearsal shall be considered to be a performance if all the elements necessary to a performance are present and used, including but not limited to costumes, make-up, sets, lights, properties, sound, artists, and orchestras, and if the rehearsal is conducted as a performance. A sound check does not constitute a dress rehearsal. When a production requires a dress rehearsal, there will be only one (1) dress rehearsal per cast.
Dress Rehearsal and Performance Services may run overtime by a maximum of five (5) minutes to allow continuance of a musical work already in progress. Musicians shall not be paid for this additional five (5) minutes.

Dress Rehearsal. The call for a dress rehearsal shall start one half (½) hour prior to the call to report on stage and shall be included in computing the total hours of rehearsal permitted hereunder. In addition, one half (½) hour following dismissal from the stage for removal of costumes and make-up shall be computed as rehearsal time.
