REPLACEMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER PERSONNEL. Following any removal of Service Provider Personnel, Service Provider will within fifteen (15) days identify in writing to the City, a suitable replacement for immediate assignment under this Agreement. Service Provider shall assume all costs associated with the replacement of any Service Provider Personnel.
