REPLACEMENT OF THE PROFESSIONAL. 7.1 The CONSULTANT shall replace forthwith any Professional denied access to the Site by the COMPANY, including but not limited to non-compliance with the COMPANY’s rules and regulations, unacceptable behavior, incompetence, illness or injury due to accident.
