Replacement Parts. It is anticipated that Authorized Users may require purchase of replacement parts for Contract Items. Replacement parts are Product that is intended to replace a part on a School Bus purchased from the Contract. Such Product may include replacement parts for the Base Item, Additional Body Section, Optional Equipment, or Additional Options. Contractor shall be required to honor all such purchases.
