Accessories. The following described related accessories, if any: window air conditioning units, stove, fireplace screens, curtains and rods, blinds, window shades, draperies and rods, door keys, mailbox keys, above ground pool, swimming pool equipment and maintenance accessories, artificial fireplace logs, and controls for: (i) garage doors, (ii) entry gates, and (iii) other improvements and accessories.
Accessories. The following described related accessories, if any: window air conditioning units, stove, fireplace screens, curtains and rods, blinds, window shades, draperies and rods, door keys, mailbox keys, above ground pool, swimming pool equipment and maintenance accessories, artificial fireplace logs, security systems that are not fixtures, and controls for: (i) garage doors, (ii) entry gates, and (iii) other improvements and accessories. “Controls” includes Seller’s transferable rights to the (i) software and applications used to access and control improvements or accessories, and (ii) hardware used solely to control improvements or accessories.
Accessories spare parts and tools
Accessories. (A) Where hand-held radios are provided, they will be suitable for firefighting use.
(B) Where it is current practice, shield or star style badges shall be provided to employees. Collar brass will continue to be standard issue per agency policy.
(C) Name tags shall continue to be standard issue per agency policy.
(D) Employees will be permitted to wear EMT, award recognition and union pins. The union pin shall be no larger than one (1) inch in diameter.
Accessories. The following items, if existing on the Property, unless otherwise excluded, shall remain with the Property at no additional cost to Buyer:
Accessories a. Belts must be leather, braided leather, or fabric in the solid colors of black, brown or khaki only. Belts are required to be worn properly with all pants or shorts – this means that the belt must go through all the belt loops on the pants, be properly fastened or buckled, and the “end” of the belt must not be allowed to hang down (it must also go through the loops if there is excess). The belt must also be tightened enough to prohibit the student’s pants or shorts from sagging below the hips. Large, decorative, or elaborate belt buckles are not permitted.
b. Socks, stockings, tights or hose may only be in school solid colors such as red, black, or white. Clear or skin-colored hose are also acceptable. Fishnet or other patterned stockings or hose are not permitted. Stockings, tights, or hose must cover the full length of the student’s legs and feet – leg warmers are not permitted.
Accessories. Employees will be permitted to wear Paramedic, EMT, award recognition and union pins. The union pin shall be no larger than one (1) inch in diameter.
Accessories. All accessories to the Insured Vehicle forming an integral part of the vehicle including radios, other entertainment and communications equipment connected to a power source within the vehicle, permanently fitted satellite navigation equipment as supplied by the vehicle manufacturers as standard, permanently fitted vehicle tracking systems and safety cameras.
Accessories. Chargers, cables, cases are not eligible to be covered by the Damage Insurance. These items will be replaced at the actual cost of replacement. The estimated cost of replacement for the Chromebook Power Cord is $30.00, but the cost is subject to change at any time.
Accessories. 13.1. Member may add-on an Accessory Subscription to the Micro-Mobility Product Subscription, provided the relevant Accessory is available in the Service Area in which the Member has subscribed. The Accessory Subscription is a separate subscription and may be terminated independently of the Micro-Mobility Product subscription.
13.2. Unless this Article 13 specifically provides otherwise, the provisions set out in these General Terms and Conditions apply mutatis mutandis to the Accessory Subscription, so that where “Micro-Mobility Product” is used in the relevant provisions, this should instead be understood as “Accessory”.
13.3. In case of any conflicts between the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this Article 13, the provisions of this Article 13 shall prevail.
13.4. Article 11 of these General Terms and Conditions does not apply in respect of Accessories. In the event of the loss or theft of the Accessory, the Member will be obliged to report this to Swapfiets within 24 hours of becoming aware of the loss or theft, unless the Member is prevented from meeting this deadline due to exceptional circumstances as a result of which the Member was reasonably not capable of reporting such damage, for example in the event of a hospital stay after an accident. In the event of theft or loss of the Accessory, the Member will owe to Swapfiets the Charge as set out in Appendix I.
13.5. The use of the child seat is limited to children up to the age and weight as stated in Appendix I. The child must be properly strapped in using the belts provided for this purpose. The Renter shall comply with all manufacturer’s instructions regarding the installation and use of the child seat.
