Replacement Subject to Lease. Upon acceptance by Lessor, such replacement engine or, as applicable, auxiliary power unit, shall be deemed an “Engine” or, as applicable, an “APU”, as defined herein for all purposes hereunder. Lessee agrees to take such action and execute and deliver such documents, including, but not limited to a warranty ▇▇▇▇ of sale, a supplement hereto and legal opinions, as Lessor may reasonably request in order that any such replacement Engine or APU shall be duly and properly titled in the name of Owner and leased hereunder to the same extent as any Engine or APU replaced thereby.
