OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT. (MAR 2000)
(a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within ten (10) calendar days prior to end of base period or any option periods, provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least sixty (60) days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension.
(b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause.
(c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed seven (7) years including all option periods.
OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT. F.2.1 The District may extend the term of this contract for a period of four (4) one-year option periods, or successive fractions thereof, by written notice to the Contractor before the expiration of the contract; provided that the District will give the Contractor preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least thirty (30) days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the District to an extension. The exercise of this option is subject to the availability of funds at the time of the exercise of this option. The Contractor may waive the thirty (30) day preliminary notice requirement by providing a written waiver to the Contracting Officer prior to expiration of the contract.
F.2.2 If the District exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option provision.
F.2.3 The price for the option period shall be as specified in the Section B of the contract.
F.2.4 The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed five (5) years.

The Department may, at its sole discretion, extend the Contract Term, by written notice to the Contractor within ten (10) Days of Contract expiration, provided that the Department shall give the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least sixty (60) Days before the Contract expires.
B. The preliminary notice does not commit the Department to an extension.
C. If the Department exercises this option, the extended Contract shall be considered to include this option provision.

The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension.
(b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause.
(c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 10 years.
OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT a. WCCA may extend the term of this BPA for a period of two (2) one-year option periods, or successive fractions thereof, by written modification to the Contractor before the expiration of the contract; provided that WCCA will give the contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least thirty (30) days before the BPA expires. The preliminary notice does not commit WCCA to an extension. The exercise of this option is subject to the availability of funds at the tine of the exercise of this option. The Contractor may waiver the thirty (30) day preliminary notice requirement by providing a written waiver to the contracting office prior to expiration of the BPA.
b. If WCCA exercises this option, the BPA contract shall be considered to include this option provision.
c. The prices for the option period shall be as specified in the BPA.

(a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 60 days, provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 60 days before the contract expires. (b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option provision.

(a) Acceptance period,' as used in this provision, means the number of calendar days the FAA (we, us) has to award a contract from the date the SIR specifies for receiving offers.
(b) This provision supersedes any language about the acceptance period appearing elsewhere in this SIR.
(c) We require a minimum acceptance period of 180 calendar days.
(d) The offeror (you) may specify a longer acceptance period than the period shown in paragraph (c). To specify a longer period, fill in the blank: The offeror allows the following acceptance period: calendar days.
(e) We may reject an offer allowing less than the FAA's minimum acceptance period.
(f) You agree to fulfill your offer completely if the FAA accepts your offer in writing within:
(1) The acceptance period stated in paragraph (c) of this provision; or
