Report of accumulated Solid Waste; unauthorized dumping. Contractor shall report: 1. The addresses of any premises at which the driver observes that solid waste, C&D or targeted recyclable materials is accumulating. 2. The address, or other location description, at which solid waste, C&D or targeted recyclable materials has been dumped in an apparently unauthorized manner. The report shall be delivered to County within five (5) Business Days of such observation.
