Report of Equipment Purchased or Fabricated. The Contractor shall ite=ize equipment having a useful life expectancy in exes - of on,e (1) year ,and an acquisition cost in excess of $200 purchased or fabrics by the Contractor when title to such equipment is vested in the Contractor pu: to the Grant Act (Public Law 85-934)--omit any items appearing in Article IV-- submit a report : hereof within 3 months af ter the expiration of the contract : specified in Article II. Where the cost of individual pieces of equipment ex< $1,000, they will be listed individually. Where individual items cost $200 tr $1,000, they will also. be individually listed to the extent practical or grou; in general categories, such as " electronic equipment" or "six motors", with t1 total dollar amount of such category. The cost of purchased items shall be determined by the actual invoice cost of such items, but the cost of fabricate ite=s may be established by engineering estimates.

Report of Equipment Purchased or Fabricated. The Contractor shall itemize equipment having a useful life expectancy in excess of two (2) years and an acquisition cost in excess of $500 purchased or fabricated by the Contractor when title to such equipment is vested in the Contractor pursuant to the Grant Act (Public Law 85-934) -- omit any items appearing in , Article IV -- and submit a report thereof within three (3) months after the expiration of the contract year specified in Article II. Where the cost of individual pieces of equip- ment exceeds $1,000, they will be listed individually. Where individual items cost $200 to $1,000, they will also be individually listed to the extent practical or grouped in general categories, such as " electronic equipment" or "six motors", with the total dollar amount of such category.   • EQUIPMENT PURCHASE This Schedule contemplates Lessor's acquisition of Equipment for lease to Lessee, either by one of the first three categories listed below or by providing Lessee with Equipment from the fourth category, in an aggregate value up to the Commitment Amount referred to on the face of this Schedule. If the Equipment acquired is of category (i), (ii), (iii) below, the effectiveness of this Schedule as it relates to those items of Equipment is contingent upon Lessee's acknowledgment at the time Lessor acquires the Equipment that Lessee has either received or approved the relevant purchase documentation between vendor and Lessor for that Equipment.

  • Purchased Equipment 1. Any asset with an acquisition cost in excess of $5,000 must be capitalized. PROVIDER shall make requests for any exceptions to this policy in writing to the Fiscal and Management Services Administrator for COUNTY. These requests shall be made prior to the purchase of any such asset.

  • Stored equipment We accept no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises, and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or we will charge fees each day or part of a day at the hire fee per hiring until the same is removed. We may, in our discretion, dispose of any items referred to below by sale or otherwise on such terms and conditions as we think fit, and charge you any costs we incur in storing and selling or otherwise disposing of the same, in any of the following circumstances:
