Report of the Xxxx. The report of the Xxxx shall be submitted to the Member, and Xxxxxxx with a copy to TPC. The report will comment on each of the criteria for tenure and promotion as appropriate to each candidate. The Xxxx’x report will assess the overall quality of the candidate for tenure and/or promotion. In the case of promotion to Professor, the Xxxx will comment specifically on external reference letters and on the international and/or national standing of the candidate in the appropriate discipline(s), or field of study. The Xxxx’x report will include a recommendation on tenure and/or promotion as appropriate.
