Common use of Report on title Clause in Contracts

Report on title. The Chargor must, as soon as practicable after a request by the Agent, provide the Agent with a report on title of the Chargor to the Mortgaged Property concerning those items which may properly be sought to be covered by a prudent mortgagee in a lawyer’s report of this nature.

The Chargor must, as soon as practicable after a request by the Security Agent, provide the Security Agent with a report on title of the Chargor to the Mortgaged Property concerning those items which may properly be sought to be covered by a prudent mortgagee in a lawyer’s report of this nature.

The Chargor mustshall, as soon as practicable after a request forthwith on demand by the AgentSecurity Trustee, provide the Agent Security Trustee with a report on as to the title of the Chargor to the Mortgaged Property and other property which is or may be subject to this security and related matters concerning those items which may properly be sought to be covered by a prudent mortgagee in a lawyer’s 's report of this naturenature and, where applicable, in a similar format to the agreed form of Certificate of Title.
