Trust Evaluation. As of the Evaluation Time (a) on the last Business Day of each year, (b) on the day on which any Unit is tendered for redemption and (c) on any other day desired by the Trustee or requested by the Depositor, the Trustee shall: Add
(i) all moneys on deposit in a Trust (excluding (1) cash, cash equivalents or Letters of Credit deposited pursuant to Section 2.01 hereof for the purchase of Contract Securities, unless such cash or Letters of Credit have been deposited in the Interest and Principal Accounts because of failure to apply such moneys to the purchase of Contract Securities pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.01, 3.03 and 3.04 hereof and (2) moneys credited to the Reserve Account pursuant to Section 3.05 hereof), plus (ii) the aggregate Evaluation of all Securities (including Contract Securities and Reinvestment Securities) on deposit in such Trust as is determined by the Evaluator (such evaluations shall take into account and itemize separately (i) the cash on hand in the Trust or moneys in the process of being collected from matured interest coupons or bonds matured or called for redemption prior to maturity, (ii) the value of each issue of the Securities in the Trust on the bid side of the market as determined by the Evaluator pursuant to Section 4.01, and (iii) interest accrued thereon not subject to collection and distribution). For each such Evaluation there shall be deducted from the sum of the above (i) amounts representing any applicable taxes or governmental charges payable out of the respective Trust and for which no deductions shall have previously been made for the purpose of addition to the Reserve Account, (ii) amounts representing estimated accrued fees of the Trust and expenses of such Trust including but not limited to unpaid fees and expenses of the Trustee, the Evaluator, the Supervisor, the Depositor and bond counsel, in each case as reported by the Trustee to the Evaluator on or prior to the date of evaluation, (iii) any moneys identified by the Trustee, as of the date of the Evaluation, as held for distribution to Unitholders of record as of a Record Date or for payment of the Redemption Value of Units tendered prior to such date and (iv) unpaid organization costs in the estimated amount per Unit set forth in the Prospectus. Trust Evaluation. The Trustee shall make an evaluation of the Trust as of the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange (sometimes referred to herein as the ‘Evaluation Time’)
(1) on the last Business Day of each of the months of June and December, (2) on the day on which any Unit of the Trust is tendered for redemption (unless tender is made after the Evaluation Time on such day, in which case tender shall be deemed to have been made on the next day subsequent thereto on which the New York Stock Exchange is open for trading), and (3) on any other day desired by the Trustee or requested by the Depositor. As promptly as practicable after completion of the evaluation required under Section 4.1 on each Business Day, the Trustee shall subtract all accrued fees (other than the fees computed by reference to the value of the Trust or its assets), expenses and other liabilities of the Trust from the total value of the deposited Silver determined by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.1 and all other assets of the Trust. The resulting figure is the “Adjusted Net Asset Value” of the Trust. All fees computed by reference to the value of the Trust or its assets shall be calculated on the Adjusted Net Asset Value. The Trustee shall subtract from the Adjusted Net Asset Value the amount of accrued fees so computed and the resulting figure is the “Net Asset Value” of the Trust. The Trustee shall also divide the Net Asset Value of the Trust by the number of Shares outstanding as of the close of business on the date of the evaluation then being made, which figure is the “Net Asset Value per Share.” All fees, expenses and other liabilities of the Trust that are or will be incurred or accrued through the close of business on a Business Day shall be included in the calculations required by this Section 4.3 for that Business Day. Shares deliverable under a Purchase Order shall be considered to be outstanding for purposes of this Section 4.3 beginning on the Order Date. Shares deliverable under a Redemption Order shall not be considered to be outstanding for purposes of this Section 4.3 on and after the Order Date. Adjusted Net Asset Value, Net Asset Value and Net Asset Value per Share shall be computed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States.

Trust Evaluation. IBT shall compute and, unless otherwise directed by the Board, determine as of the close of regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange on each day on which said Exchange is open for unrestricted trading and as of such other days, or hours, if any, as may be authorized by the Board, the value of beneficial interests of the Trust and their allocation between or among portfolios that invest in the Trust, such determination to be made in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and By-laws of the Trust, as they may from time to time be amended, and any applicable resolutions of the Board at the time in force and applicable; and promptly to notify the Trust, the proper exchange and the NASD or such other persons as the Trust may request of the results of such computation and determination. In computing the value of beneficial interests hereunder, IBT may rely in good faith upon information furnished to it by any Authorized Person in respect of (i) the manner of accrual of the liabilities of the Trust and in respect of liabilities of the Trust not appearing on its books of account kept by IBT, (ii) reserves, if any, authorized by the Board or that no such reserves have been authorized, (iii) the source of the quotations to be used in computing values hereunder, (iv) the value to be assigned to any security for which no price quotations are available, and (v) the method of computation and allocation of beneficial interests in the Trust, and IBT shall not be responsible for any loss occasioned by such reliance or for any good faith reliance on any quotations received from a source pursuant to (iii) above.
Trust Evaluation. (a) As promptly as practicable after completion of the evaluation required under Section 4.1(a) on each Business Day, the Trustee shall subtract all accrued but unpaid fees, expenses and other liabilities of the Trust (other than any liability to the extent it is reflected in an addition to the Reserve Account) from the total value of the gold determined by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.1(a) and all other assets of the Trust (other than any amount credited to the Reserve Account) and cash, if any; the resulting figure is the “Net Asset Value” of the Trust. The Trustee shall also divide the Net Asset Value of the Trust by the number of Shares outstanding as of the close of business on the date of the evaluation then being made, which figure is the “Net Asset Value per Share.” All fees, expenses and other liabilities of the Trust that are or will be incurred or accrued through the close of business on a Business Day shall be included in the calculations required by this Section 4.3 for that Business Day. For purposes of this Section 4.3: (i) Shares deliverable under a Purchase Order shall be considered to be outstanding beginning on the first Business Day following the Order Date therefor; (ii) Shares deliverable under a Redemption Order shall not be considered to be outstanding on and after the first Business Day following the Order Date therefor. Fractions smaller than $0.01 shall be disregarded in such evaluations.
(b) Net Asset Value and Net Asset Value per Share shall be computed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied in the United States. Any estimate of the accrued but unpaid fees, expenses and liabilities of the Trust for purposes of the computations required by this Section 4.3 made by the Trustee in good faith shall be conclusive upon all Persons interested in the Trust, and no revision or correction in any computation made under this Agreement will be required by reason of any difference in amounts estimated from those actually paid.
