Report Pay and Minimum Call Back Pay. An employee who reports to his/her scheduled shift shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours of pay during the current workday. Employees called to work outside their regular shift shall be compensated for a minimum of two (2) hours of pay, if the call-in request is made any time during the employee’s off-duty hours.
