Strikes and Slowdowns. The Association agrees not to participate in or sanction any strike, slowdown, walkout, refusal to report to work, or interruptions of work or picketing during the term of this agreement. The County agrees not to lock out employees during the term of this agreement.

Strikes and Slowdowns. The Union and its members, as individuals or as a group, will not initiate, cause, permit, participate, or join in any strike, work stoppage, slowdown, picketing or any other restriction of work. Employees in the bargaining unit, while acting in the course of their employment, shall not honor any picket line established by the Union, or by any other labor organization, when called upon by the Employer to cross such picket line in the line of duty. Disciplinary action, including discharge, may be taken by the Employer against any employee or employees engaging in a violation of this Article. Such disciplinary action may be undertaken selectively at the option of the Employer, and shall not preclude or restrict recourse to any other remedies, including an action for damages, which may be available to the Employer. In the event of a strike, work stoppage, slowdown, picketing, observance of a picket line, or other restriction of work in any form, either on the basis of individual choice or collective employee conduct, the Union will immediately, upon notification, attempt to secure an immediate and orderly return to work. This obligation and the obligations set forth above shall not be affected or limited by the subject matter involved in the dispute giving rise to the stoppage, or by whether such subject matter is or is not subject to the grievance provision of this Agreement. The Employer will not impose a lockout upon either the Union or its members during the life of this Agreement.
Strikes and Slowdowns. There is no strike, controversy, slowdown, work stoppage, lockout, material arbitration, or material grievance or other material labor dispute or, to the knowledge of F Co, threatened in writing, by or with respect to any employees of F Co or any F Co Subsidiary.

Provided that the Union complies with this Section, it shall have no liability for the violation by its members of Section 1 of this Article.

Strikes and Slowdowns. It is agreed that while this Agreement is in force, there shall be no strikes, stoppages of work, lockouts or slowdowns and that all disputes and grievances shall be settled in accordance with the procedure set forth in Ar- ticle 8 hereof. It is further agreed that neither the Union nor the Employer shall sanction or consent to any strike, lockout, stoppage of work or slowdown and that if the employees should engage in any strike or other stoppage of work or slowdown without authority or consent of the Union, the Union shall instruct its members to return to work and perform their duties properly and to resort to the pro- cedure set forth in Article 8 hereof for the settlement of any dispute or grievance.
Strikes and Slowdowns. 300 305 The Association agrees that firefighters who are subject to the terms of this Agreement shall have no rights to engage in any work stoppage, slowdown, or strike in consideration of the right to a resolution of disputed questions. Any or all employees who violate the provisions of this Article may be subject to disciplinary action, including discharge. This provision is not intended to reflect an employee's refusal to carry out an unjustifiable management request.
