Common use of Report Period Clause in Contracts

Report Period. For the SFY 2008 contract period, performance will be evaluated using the January - December 2007 report period. For the SFY 2009 contract period, performance will be evaluated using the January - December 2008 report period. Data Quality Standard: The data quality standard is a minimum rate of 80%.
