Report Pay. An employee who is pre-scheduled to work an overtime shift in a 24-hour facility and reports to duty will be guaranteed three (3) hours overtime pay at the appropriate rate unless the employee is a holdover from a previous shift. The Employer shall notify employees as soon as practical prior to their scheduled start time in the event the employee is not required to report for prescheduled overtime. Department of Transportation employees will continue to receive the greater benefits under callback pay when applicable.
Report Pay. Employees who report to work as scheduled and are then informed that they are not needed will receive their full day’s pay at regular rate. Employees who are called at home by the Employer and told not to report to their regularly scheduled work day shall receive their full day’s pay at regular rate.
Report Pay. In the event an employee is requested to report for other than his/her normal schedule, he/she shall be paid at least two hours (2) pay.
Report Pay. (a) An employee who reports to work at his regularly scheduled time will receive four (4) hours pay if no work is available.
(b) Report pay shall not be paid if employees are advised not to report to work at least twenty-four (24) hours preceding their scheduled shifts.

Nurses who report for work as scheduled (unless otherwise notified in advance) and are released from duty by the Employer because of low census shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours’ work at the regular rate of pay. This commitment shall not apply when the Employer has made a good faith effort to notify the nurse at least one and one-half (1 ½) hours in advance of the scheduled shift. It shall be the responsibility of the nurse to notify the Hospital of the employee’s current address and telephone number.

It shall be the responsibility of each employee to notify the Employer of their current address and telephone number. Failure to do so shall excuse the Employer from these minimum pay requirements. Except as otherwise provided for herein, employees shall not be paid for time not worked. This section shall not apply to attendance at mandatory department meetings.
Report Pay. An employee who reports to work for a scheduled work shift shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours of that employee's regular hourly rate of pay, unless the employee is otherwise directed by a department representative prior to reporting.

This provision shall not apply to an employee who volunteers to be released.
Report Pay. Unless agreed otherwise between the employee and the Employer, employees who report for work as scheduled shall receive no less than four hours (4) pay. This provision shall also apply if the employee is notified less than one and one-half (1½) hours before the beginning of the shift to stay home.
