Report Review and Sanctions. As indicated in Section 13.02 of these DBE Special Provisions, ADOT will convene an interdisciplinary Compliance Oversight Committee that will meet with Developer monthly to review and verify information contained in submitted monthly, annual and final reports to monitor and oversee Developer’s DBE compliance and progress towards meeting the DBE Goals.
