Report Schedule. Quarterly utilization reports shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: Period End Reports Due March 31 April 30 June 30 July 31 September 30 October 31 December 31 January 31 Fee Payment: After the Division receives the quarterly utilization report, it will send Contractor an invoice for the total quarterly administrative fee owed to the Division. Contractor shall pay the quarterly administrative fee within thirty (30) days from receipt of invoice.

Regardless of the above Reports and schedules, CCSE shall at all times generally keep CITY informed of the status of the Authorized Work, inclusive of significant developments in the Authorized Work arising between Quarterly Reports, and shall provide additional information to CITY if requested, consistent with the standard set forth in Section 3.12.
