Common use of Report to California Debt Advisory Commission Clause in Contracts

Report to California Debt Advisory Commission. In accordance with Section 6599.1(c) of the Government Code, the District shall notify the California Debt Advisory Commission by mail, postage prepaid, within ten (10) days if either (i) the Authority fails to pay principal and interest payable on the Bonds pursuant to the Indenture on any scheduled payment date or (ii) funds representing all or a portion of the Reserve Requirement are withdrawn from the Reserve Fund to pay principal and interest payable pursuant to the Indenture.
