Common use of Reportable Events under Section III Clause in Contracts

Reportable Events under Section III. G.1. a. For Reportable Events under Section III.G.1.a, the report to OIG shall be made within 30 days after making the determination that a substantial Overpayment exists, and shall include:‌ a. a complete description of all details relevant to the Reportable Event, including, at a minimum, the types of claims, transactions or other conduct giving rise to the Reportable Event; the period during which the conduct occurred; and the names of entities and individuals believed to be implicated, including an explanation of their roles in the Reportable Event;‌ b. the Federal health care programs affected by the Reportable Event;‌ c. a description of the steps taken by Xx. Xxxxxxxx to identify and quantify the Overpayment; and‌ d. a description of Xx. Xxxxxxxx’x actions taken to correct the Reportable Event and prevent it from recurring.‌ Within 60 days of identification of the Overpayment, Xx. Xxxxxxxx shall send to OIG a copy of the notification and repayment (if quantified) to the payor required by Section III.F.2.
