Common use of Reportable Events under Section III.I Clause in Contracts

Reportable Events under Section III.I. a. For Reportable Events under Section III.I.1.a, the report to OIG shall be made at the same time as the repayment to the payor required in Section III.H, and shall include: a. a copy of the notification and repayment to the payor required in Section III.H.2; b. a description of the steps taken by Xxxxxxxx to identify and quantify the Overpayment; c. a complete description of the Reportable Event, including the relevant facts, persons involved, and legal and Federal health care program authorities implicated;

Reportable Events under Section III.I. a. For Reportable Events under Section III.I.1.a, the report to OIG shall be made at the same time as the repayment to the payor required in Section III.H, and shall include: a. a copy of the notification and repayment to the payor required in Section III.H.2; b. a description of the steps taken by Xxxxxxxx Ensign Group to identify and quantify the Overpayment; c. a complete description of the Reportable Event, including the relevant facts, persons involved, and legal and Federal health care program authorities implicated; d. a description of Ensign Group’s actions taken to correct the Reportable Event; and

Reportable Events under Section III.I. a. For Reportable Events under Section III.I.1.a, the report to OIG shall be made at the same time as the repayment to the payor required in Section III.HIII.H., and shall include: a. a copy of the notification and repayment to the payor required in Section III.H.2; b. a description of the steps taken by Xxxxxxxx Ho Medical to identify and quantify the Overpayment; c. a complete description of the Reportable Event, including the relevant facts, persons involved, and legal and Federal health care program authorities implicated; d. a description of Ho Medical’s actions taken to correct the Reportable Event; and

Reportable Events under Section III.I. a. For Reportable Events under Section III.I.1.a, the report to OIG shall be made at the same time as the repayment to the payor required in Section III.H, and shall include: a. a copy of the notification and repayment to the payor required in Section III.H.2; b. a description of the steps taken by Xxxxxxxx Hill-Rom to identify and quantify the Overpayment; c. a complete description of the Reportable Event, including the relevant facts, persons involved, and legal and Federal health care program authorities implicated;

For Reportable Events under Section III.I.1.a, the report to OIG shall be made at the same time as the repayment to the payor required in Section III.HIII.H., and shall include: a. a copy of the notification and repayment to the payor required in Section III.H.2; b. a description of the steps taken by Xx. Xxxxxxxx to identify and quantify the Overpayment; c. a complete description of the Reportable Event, including the relevant facts, persons involved, and legal and Federal health care program authorities implicated;
