Common use of REPORTING AND CALL BACK TIME Clause in Contracts

REPORTING AND CALL BACK TIME. Reporting time pay is contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement. Call back time pay shall be four (4) hours or the number of hours actually worked, whichever is the greater, at the applicable rate for that day to any employee who, having completed his work that day or having qualified for reporting time as above, has been released for the day and is then called back to work by the Employer. Hours paid under the provisions of and above shall be included in computing the straight time weekly maximum hours which overtime is payable. Notwithstanding the provisions of and above, any employee who leaves the without specific direction from his xxxxxxx to do so shall not be entitled to pay for any hours not worked. Notwithstanding the provisions of and above, when any employee refuses to work or to continue to work, or there is a work stoppage attributable to a labour dispute, no pay for hours not worked shall be required.
