Call Back Time. Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.
Call Back Time. 10E.01 Every employee who after completion of their regular working hours (Monday through Friday) and who has left the job and is called back and is required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid at their applicable overtime rate but not less than two (2) hours. 10E.02 When employees are called out to work by Management on normal working days (Monday through Friday), Saturdays, Sundays, paid holidays and designated holidays and commence work regardless when called, Article 10D shall apply.
Call Back Time. 13.01 Every employee who after completion of his regular working hours (Monday through Friday) and who has left the job and is called back and is required to work outside his regular working hours shall be paid at his applicable premium rate as set forth in Article 14.02, but shall not be paid for less than two (2) hours.
13.02 When employees are called out to work by the employer on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, Article 14 shall apply.
13.03 Travel time will apply if applicable, according to Article 17.
Call Back Time. Employees called back to work after completion of their regular scheduled shift shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at rate and one-half.
Call Back Time. An employee who is called to duty during his scheduled off-duty time shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at one and one-half (1½) times the employee’s base pay rate. An extension or early report to a regularly scheduled shift for duty does not qualify the employee for the three (3) hours minimum.
Call Back Time. Any employee directed by an authorized person to return to work after their regularly scheduled shift shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours. All call-back time will be at the direction of the authorizing person. All call-back time must be authorized by a supervisor regardless of where the work occurs.
Call Back Time. A. An employee in Work week Group 2 who has completed a normal work shift, when ordered back to work, shall be credited with a minimum of four (4) hours work time provided the call back to work is without having been notified prior to completion of the work shift, or the notification is prior to completion of the work shift and the work begins three (3) or more hours after the completion of the work shift.
B. When such an employee is called back under these conditions within four (4) hours of the beginning of a previous call or an additional call is received while still working on an earlier call back, the employee shall not receive an additional four (4) hours credit for the new call back.
C. When such an employee is called back within four (4) hours of the beginning of the employee's next shift, call back credit shall be received only for the hours remaining before the beginning of the employee's next shift.
D. When staff meetings, training sessions, or work assignments are regularly scheduled on an employee's authorized day off, the employee shall receive call back compensation. When staff meetings and training sessions are regularly scheduled on an employee's normal work day and outside the employee's normal work shift, overtime compensation shall be received in accordance with the rules governing overtime.
Call Back Time. Any unit member called back to work after completion of the regular daily assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate.
Call Back Time. 1. Call-back refers only to those instances when an employee is ordered back to work without prior notice after completing a shift and leaving the premises or those instances when prior notice is given but the work begins at least three (3) hours after the completion of the regular work schedule.
2. An employee who is called back shall receive credit for a minimum of four (4) hours of work time.
3. Call-back shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the regular hourly rate.
Call Back Time. Each employee who is called back to work other than during his/her normal work schedule shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of pay.
