Common use of REPORTING AND CALL-IN ALLOWANCE Clause in Contracts

REPORTING AND CALL-IN ALLOWANCE. Employees who are scheduled and who report for work shall, if their regular job is not available, receive a minimum of four (4) hours work or four (4) hours pay at his/her regular rate. The minimum reporting pay is not guaranteed if the employee has been actually notified not to report for work, or in the case of the Act of God or area-wide power failure.
