Common use of Reporting and Disclosure Clause in Contracts

The Company, from time to time, shall provide government agencies with such reports concerning this Agreement as may be required by law, and the Company shall provide the Executive with such disclosure concerning this Agreement as may be required by law or as the Company may deem appropriate.
