Common use of Reporting and Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Reporting and Disclosure. All records regarding the operation, management and administration of this Plan shall be maintained by the Plan Administrator. The Plan Administrator shall satisfy any federal or state requirement to report and disclose any information regarding this Plan to any federal or state department or agency, or to any Participant or Beneficiary.
