Reporting and Disclosure. With respect to each Employee Benefit Plan, including employee welfare benefit plans not required to be listed in Schedule 5.18 (i) or Schedule 5.18 (ii), and which is subject to the reporting, disclosure and record retention requirements set forth in Part 1 of Subtitle B of Title I of ERISA and the regulations thereunder, each of such requirements has been fully met on a timely basis, except where instances of failing to do so could not reasonably be expected, considered in the aggregate, to have a Material Adverse Effect.
