Reporting and Investigating Suspected Fraud and Abuse. 2.20.2.1 The CONTRACTOR shall cooperate with all appropriate state and federal agencies, including TBI MFCU and/or OIG, in investigating fraud and abuse. In addition, the CONTRACTOR shall fully comply with the TCA 71-5-2601 and 71-5-2603 in performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
