Common use of Reporting and Review Clause in Contracts

Reporting and Review. The Provider must submit the agreed reports within the specified timescales. Further information may be requested by NSD in relation to the service and it is expected that the Provider will respond to these requests within agreed timescales. The Provider is responsible for the provision of information to NSD and for the validity, accuracy and timeliness of all returns and data.
