Reporting Capabilities. The Contractor should provide reporting tools with its MCMIS that facilitate ad hoc, user, and special reporting. The MCMIS should provide flexible report formatting/editing capabilities that meet the Contractor’s business requirements and support the Department’s information needs. For example, it should provide the ability to import, export and manipulate data files from spreadsheet, word processing and database management tools as well as the database(s) and should provide the capability to indicate header information, date and run time, and page numbers on reports. The system should provide multiple pre-defined report types and formats that are easily selected by users.
