Reporting Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation. The Contractor shall provide the Engineer with an accounting of payments made to all DBE firms, including material suppliers and contractors at all levels (prime, subcontractor, or second tier subcontractor). This accounting shall be furnished to the Engineer for any given month by the end of the following month. Failure to submit this information accordingly may result in the following action:

Reporting Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation. When payments are made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms, contractors at all levels shall provide the North Carolina Department of Transportation with an accounting of said payments. This accounting shall be submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation with requests for reimbursement. The accounting shall list, for each payment made to a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firm, the following:
Reporting Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation. When payments are made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Grantees, including material suppliers, Grantees at all levels (Grantee, SubConsultant or SubGrantee) shall provide the Contract Administrator with an accounting of said payments. The accounting shall be listed on the Department’s SubGrantee Payment Information Form (Form DBE-IS). In the event the Grantee has no DBE participation, the Grantee shall indicate this on the Form DBE-IS by entering the word ‘None’ or the number ‘zero’ and the form shall be signed. Form DBE-IS may be accessed on the website at: xxxxx://xxxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/quickfind/forms/Default.aspx. A responsible fiscal officer of the payee Grantee, subconsultant or SubGrantee who can attest to the date and amounts of the payments shall certify that the accounting is correct. A copy of an acceptable report may be obtained from the Department of Transportation. This information shall be submitted as part of the requests for payments made to the Department.

  • Disadvantaged Business Enterprise To the extent authorized by applicable federal laws, regulations, or requirements, the Recipient agrees to facilitate, and assures that each Third Party Participant will facilitate, participation by small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, also referred to as “Disadvantaged Business Enterprises” (DBEs), in the Underlying Agreement as follows:

  • Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises This section is applicable if Contractor received a disabled veteran business enterprise (“DVBE”) incentive in connection with this Agreement. Contractor’s failure to meet the DVBE commitment set forth in its bid or proposal constitutes a breach of the Agreement. If Contractor used DVBE subcontractor(s) in connection with this Agreement: (i) Contractor must use the DVBE subcontractors identified in its bid or proposal, unless the Judicial Council approves in writing replacement by another DVBE subcontractor in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and (ii) Contractor must within sixty (60) days of receiving final payment under this Agreement certify in a report to the Judicial Council: (1) the total amount of money Contractor received under the Agreement; (2) the name and address of each DVBE subcontractor to which Contractor subcontracted work in connection with the Agreement; (3) the amount each DVBE subcontractor received from Contractor in connection with the Agreement; and (4) that all payments under the Agreement have been made to the applicable DVBE subcontractors. A person or entity that knowingly provides false information shall be subject to a civil penalty for each violation.
