Common use of Reporting Issuer Clause in Contracts

Reporting Issuer. The Corporation will use its best efforts to maintain its status as a reporting issuer not in default in each of the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. The Corporation will make all requisite filings under applicable securities laws and stock exchange rules to report the issuance of the Underlying Securities pursuant to the deemed exercise of the Special Warrants.
