Reporting of First Tier Subawards. The Recipient agrees that when it takes an action that obligates $25,000 or more in Federal funds for a subaward to an entity: a General Requirement. It must report each such action as provided in section 8.d(3)(b) and (c) of this Master Agreement, but b Exception. It need not report an obligation of $25,000 or more in Federal funds, if:
