Reporting of Letter of Credit Information. At any time that any Revolving Credit Lender other than the Person serving as the Administrative Agent is an L/C Issuer, then (i) on the last Business Day of each calendar month, (ii) on each date that a Letter of Credit is amended, terminated or otherwise expires, (iii) on each date that an L/C Credit Extension occurs with respect to any Letter of Credit, and (iv) upon the request of the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer (or, in the case of part (ii), (iii) or (iv), the applicable L/C Issuer) shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a report setting forth in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent information (including any reimbursement, Cash Collateral, or termination in respect of Letters of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer) with respect to each Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer that is outstanding hereunder, including any auto-renewal or termination of auto-renewal provisions in such Letter of Credit. No failure on the part of any L/C Issuer to provide such information pursuant to this Section 2.03(n) shall limit the obligation of the Borrower or any Revolving Credit Lender hereunder with respect to its reimbursement and participation obligations, respectively, pursuant to this Section 2.03.
Reporting of Letter of Credit Information. For so long as any Letter of Credit issued by an L/C Issuer other than Bank of America is outstanding under the Agreement, such L/C Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent on the last Business Day of each calendar month, and on each date that an L/C Credit Extension occurs with respect to any such Letter of Credit, a report in the form of Exhibit H hereto, appropriately completed with the information for every outstanding Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer. The Administrative Agent shall deliver to the Lenders on a monthly basis a report of all outstanding Letters of Credit.
Reporting of Letter of Credit Information. On (i) the last Business Day of each calendar month, and (ii) each date that an L/C Credit Extension occurs with respect to any Letter of Credit, each L/C Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a report in the form of Exhibit 2.03 hereto, appropriately completed with the information for every Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer that is outstanding hereunder.
Reporting of Letter of Credit Information. No failure on the part of any L/C Issuer to provide such information pursuant to this Section 2.03(m) shall limit the obligation of the Borrower or any applicable Lender hereunder with respect to its reimbursement and participation obligations, respectively, pursuant to this Section 2.03.
Reporting of Letter of Credit Information. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Administrative Agent, (i) on the last Business Day of each calendar month, (ii) on each date that a Letter of Credit is amended, terminated or otherwise expires, (iii) on each date that an L/C Credit Extension or drawing occurs with respect to any Letter of Credit, and (iv) upon the request of the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer (or, in the case of clause (ii), (iii) or (iv), each applicable L/C Issuer) shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a report setting forth in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent information (including, without limitation, any reimbursement, Cash Collateral, or termination in respect of Letters of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer) with respect to each Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer that is outstanding hereunder. No failure on the part of any L/C Issuer to provide such information pursuant to this Section 2.03(n) shall limit the obligation of the Borrower or any applicable Revolving Lender hereunder with respect to its reimbursement and participation obligations, respectively, pursuant to this Section 2.03. In addition, the Borrower and the applicable L/C Issuer shall notify the Administrative Agent if at any time the Letter of Credit Commitment of such L/C Issuer is changed (whether pursuant to Section 2.03(m), by agreement between the Borrower and such L/C Issuer, or otherwise), and such change shall be reflected in a revised Schedule 1.01.
Reporting of Letter of Credit Information. At any time that there is more than one Issuing Bank, then on (i) the last Business Day of each calendar month, and (ii) each date that an LC Credit Extension occurs with respect to any Letter of Credit, each Issuing Bank (or, in the case of part (ii), the applicable Issuing Bank) shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a report setting forth in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent information with respect to each Letter of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank that is outstanding hereunder.
Reporting of Letter of Credit Information. At any time that there is more than one L/C Issuer, then (i) on the last Business Day of each calendar month, (ii) on each date that a Letter of Credit is amended, terminated or otherwise expires, (iii) on each date that a L/C Credit Extension occurs with respect to any Letter of Credit, and (iv) upon the request of the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer (or, in the case of clauses (ii), (iii) or (iv), the applicable L/C Issuer) shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a report setting forth in reasonable detail information describing each Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer that is outstanding hereunder, including, the face amount thereof, any drawings thereunder, any reimbursement, Cash Collateral in respect thereof, and the then-effective expiry date (or any termination) in respect thereof. No failure on the part of any L/C Issuer to provide such information pursuant to this Section 2.03(m) shall limit the obligation of any Loan Party or any Lender hereunder with respect to its reimbursement and participation obligations, respectively, pursuant to this Section 2.03.
Reporting of Letter of Credit Information. At any time that any Lender other than the Person serving as the Administrative Agent is an L/C Issuer, then (i) on the last Business Day of each calendar month (or such later date as the Administrative Agent may agree, but in no event later than five Business Days after the last Business Day of each calendar month), (ii) on each date that a Letter of Credit is amended, terminated or otherwise expires, (iii) on each date that an L/C Credit Extension occurs with respect to any Letter of Credit, and (iv) upon the request of the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer (or, in the case of part (ii), (iii) or (iv), the applicable L/C Issuer) shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a report setting forth in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent information (including, without limitation, any reimbursement, Cash Collateral, or termination in respect of Letters of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer) with respect to each Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer that is outstanding hereunder. In addition, any L/C Issuer that is not the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent of its Letter of Credit Commitment (x) on the Amendment No. 5 Effective Date (with respect to the L/C Issuers on such date), (y) on the date such L/C Issuer becomes an L/C Issuer (if after the Amendment No. 5 Effective Date) and (z) on any date such Letter of Credit Commitment is increased or decreased (including any termination thereof). No failure on the part of any L/C Issuer to provide such information pursuant to this Section 2.03(o) shall limit the obligation of the Company or any applicable Lender hereunder with respect to its reimbursement and participation obligations, respectively, pursuant to this Section 2.03. In addition, the Company and the relevant L/C Issuer shall notify the Administrative Agent if at any time the Letter of Credit Commitment of any L/C Issuer is changed (whether pursuant to Section 2.03(m) or (n), by agreement between the Company and such L/C Issuer, or otherwise), and such change shall be reflected in a revised Schedule 1.01(d).
Reporting of Letter of Credit Information. For so long as any Letter of Credit issued by an LC Issuing Bank other than Administrative Agent is outstanding, such LC Issuing Bank shall deliver to Administrative Agent and US Borrower or Canada Borrower on the last Business Day of each calendar month, and on each date that an Credit Extension occurs with respect to any such Letter of Credit, a report in the form satisfactory to Administrative Agent, appropriately completed with the information for every outstanding Letter of Credit issued by such LC Issuing Bank. Administrative Agent shall deliver to the Lenders on a monthly basis a report of all outstanding Letters of Credit.
Reporting of Letter of Credit Information. If at any time any Lender other than the Person serving as the Administrative Agent is the L/C Issuer, then (i) on the last Business Day of each calendar month, (ii) on each date that a Letter of Credit is amended, terminated or otherwise expires, (iii) on each date that an L/C Credit Extension occurs with respect to any Letter of Credit, and (iv) upon the request of the Administrative Agent, the L/C Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a report setting forth in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent information (including, without limitation, any reimbursement, Cash Collateral, or termination in respect of Letters of Credit issued by the L/C Issuer) with respect to each Letter of Credit issued by the L/C Issuer that is outstanding hereunder. No failure on the part of any L/C Issuer to provide such information pursuant to this Section 2.03(k) shall limit the obligation of the Borrower or any applicable Lender hereunder with respect to its reimbursement and participation obligations, respectively, pursuant to this Section 2.03.
