Reporting of Ownership of Environmental Attributes. Owner shall take all actions necessary to qualify for, register and report the Environmental Attributes relating to the Energy and the Systems’ operation. Buyer shall not claim, or report to any Person, that any Environmental Attributes relating to the Energy belong to any Person other than Owner, unless the Environmental Attributes are transferred to Buyer.
