Common use of Reporting, Supervision and Accountability Clause in Contracts

Reporting, Supervision and Accountability. 5.1 The Secondee will report to a named functional line manager who will be identified by NOMS to the Secondee and the CRC before or on commencement of the secondment period (“the functional line manager”). The functional line manager will be responsible for the induction, day to day supervision and management of the Secondee during the secondment period.
