Reporting Suspected Breaches and Security Incidents to Affected Individuals. To the extent deemed warranted, CONTRACTOR shall provide notice to any and all individuals affected by the suspected breach of, or security incident involving, PSEI or PHI. CONTRACTOR shall pay the full costs associated with notifying such individuals, which may include, without limitation, the costs to retain an outside firm to undertake the notification effort. In addition, CONTRACTOR shall consult with COUNTY regarding the steps required to notify impacted individuals and any other persons, media outlets or governmental agencies, and must supply COUNTY with the following information:

Reporting Suspected Breaches and Security Incidents to Affected Individuals. To the extent deemed warranted, the breaching party shall provide notice to any and all individuals affected by a suspected breach of, or security incident involving, Patient Data. The breaching party shall be responsible for paying the full costs associated with notifying the affected individuals, which may include, but are not limited to, the costs to retain an outside consulting firm to undertake the notification effort. In addition, the breaching party shall consult with the non- breaching party regarding the steps required to notify the affected individuals and any other persons, media outlets or governmental agencies, and must supply the non-breaching party with the following information:

  • Breaches and Security Incidents During the term of the Agreement, CONTRACTOR 27 agrees to implement reasonable systems for the discovery of any Breach of unsecured DHCS PI and PII 28 or security incident. CONTRACTOR agrees to give notification of any beach of unsecured DHCS PI 29 and PII or security incident in accordance with subparagraph F, of the Business Associate Contract, 30 Exhibit B to the Agreement.

  • Reporting of Non-Force Majeure Events Each Party (the “Notifying Party”) shall notify the other Parties when the Notifying Party becomes aware of its inability to comply with the provisions of this Agreement for a reason other than a Force Majeure event. New Board Member Orientation The orientation process for newly elected or appointed Board members includes:
