Affected Individuals definition

Affected Individuals means all employees, executives, governing body members, officers, key persons and any other person or affiliate who is involved in any way with the Hospital’s entitlement to payment under Federal health care programs or private health insurance plans, including independent contractors, interns, students, volunteers, vendors, and, as relevant, affected appointees.
Affected Individuals means all persons who are affected by the Hospital’s compliance risk areas, including employees, the Chief Executive and other senior administrators, managers, contractors, agents, subcontractors, independent contractors, and governing body members and corporate officers.
Affected Individuals means all governing body members, all executives, all affected employees and all affected appointees and persons associated with the provider including vendors involved in billing, finance and patient care.

Affected Individuals means all CWML employees, including contracted and subcontracted employees, related agents, executives and members of the Board of Directors.
