Common use of Reporting to Federal Awarding Agency Clause in Contracts

Reporting to Federal Awarding Agency. If the County determines that termination of this Agreement was due to the Subrecipient’s material failure to comply with the Subaward’s terms and conditions, the County reserves the right to report the Subrecipient to the Federal Awarding Agency so that it may report the termination to the OMB-designated integrity and performance system accessible through the federal System of Award Management (“XXX”).
