REPORTS AND APPLICATIONS. Each artifact will first be delivered in draft format. Where applicable, CONTRACTOR will use templates provided by the grant administrator or state agency. COUNTY will then have the opportunity to review and provide feedback, after which CONTRACTOR will prepare a final draft that incorporates COUNTY’S recommendations. CONTRACTOR will also provide, at COUNTY’S request, a presentation to stakeholders that describes each artifact. This presentation may be conducted virtually or in-person.
