Reports and Information Exchange. During each Discovery Program Term, each of TESARO and AnaptysBio shall use their respective Commercially Reasonable Efforts to disclose to the other Party all material information relating to the applicable Discovery Program promptly after it is learned or its materiality is appreciated.
