Reports and Recommendations. 1. At each session, the Commission shall approve a report embodying its views, recommendations, resolutions and decisions, including, when requested, a statement of minority views.
2. The conclusions and recommendations of the Commission shall be transmitted to the Director-General of the Organization at the close of each session, who shall as soon as possible after the session circulate them through the Secretary to Members of the Commission, nations, Associate Members and international organizations that were represented at the session and make them available to other Member Nations and Associate Members of the Organization for their information.
3. Recommendations having policy, programme or financial implications for the Organization shall be brought by the Director-General to the attention of the Conference through the Council of the Organization for appropriate action.
4. The Director-General may request Members of the Commission to supply the Commission or the Director-General with information on action taken on the basis of recommendations made by the Commission.
5. Pending the formal transmission of the reports of the committees and working parties, as provided for in Article V of the Agreement, the Director-General may, at the request of the Executive Committee, transmit informally these reports to the Members of the Commission.
6. Reports of committees, technical papers and other documents shall be published as the Executive Committee may consider practicable.
Reports and Recommendations. Any report of recommendation which may be prepared by the Council or the Employer as a direct result of a Labor-Management Conference discussion will be in writing and copies shall be submitted to the Employer and the Council.

Reports or recommendations to the Board of Directors or Committees of the Board dealing with matters covered by this agreement or concerning the Institute or its members will be communicated to the Institute in time for the Institute to express its opinion to the Employer or make submissions before the matter is dealt with by the Board of Directors or Committees of the Board, unless such reports or recommendations are deemed to be confidential in that they provide instruction to the Employer on the negotiation or the resolution of issues of a labour relations nature or which are the subject of grievances.
Reports and Recommendations. 8.1 DecisionMakers will provide reports and recommendations to the Client about the Investments and any changes recommended to them, at such intervals as specified in the Schedule of Details, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
8.2 DecisionMakers will forward to the Client any reports, statements or taxation certificates available through the Wrap Account Service, or which are received by DecisionMakers or the Custodian, and which relate to the Client or the Investments.

The IG has the responsibility to issue reports, including recommendations: (1) at the conclusion of an investigation involving allegations of gross mismanagement; and (2) at the conclusion of an investigation involving allegations of misconduct if the OIG determines that a report may assist SBBC in preventing similar future misconduct. Reports and Recommendations. As in an assessment, reports including recommendations regarding encountered math difficulties and need for instructions were written for all children. In addition, a general description of the assessment was provided to all teachers, while teachers in the experimental group additionally got an explanation of the dynamic test. Although the reports differed in content for children in both conditions, the reports were build up according to the same structure and order. First the outcomes of the assessment were mentioned, including observations during testing, math and memory task results, including encountered difficulties and the learning potential estimations of the teachers.
Reports and Recommendations. The Lake Zurich Technical Committee shall submit reports andꞏ recommendations to the Agency Board of Directors from time to time on issues considered by the Committee. All actions and recommendations of the Lake Zurich Technical Committee in this Agreement that are related to matters, the cost of which are to be paid by Lake Zurich, shall be approved by those serving on the Lake Zurich Technical Committee. Approvals, actions and recommendations from the Lake Zurich Technical Committee shall be advisory only.
