Reports by the Purchase Contract Agent. Not later than November 15 of each year, commencing November 15, [2002], the Purchase Contract Agent shall provide to the Holders such reports, if any, as are required by Section 313(a) of the TIA in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313(a) of the TIA. Such reports shall be as of the preceding September 15. The Purchase Contract Agent shall also comply with the requirements of Sections 313(b), (c) and (d) of the TIA.
