Common use of Reports by Trust to Manager Clause in Contracts

Reports by Trust to Manager. The Trust shall from time to time furnish or otherwise make available to the Manager detailed statements of the investments and assets, prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information, financial reports, proxy statements, legal and other information relating to the business and affairs of the Trust, with respect to each Fund, as may be in its possession or available to it, together with such other information as the Manager may reasonably request.
